Cashflows Facilitates Mswipe UK Expansion to Improve Business Payments

Mswipe, the business paytech headquartered in India with a network of 800,000 merchants, has completed the next step in its global expansion plan as it announces a new partnership with Cashflows, another paytech focusing on business payments, which will enable it to enter the UK market and offer efficient and cost-effective payment solutions.

The partnership has enabled Mswipe to acquire a BIN sponsorship model which will allow the firm to focus on merchant acquisition and management and tailor its services to the UK market. Furthermore, Cashflows will provide the infrastructure for regulatory compliance and efficient financial flow, giving Mswipe greater flexibility to tailor services to UK firms.

The Cashflows collaboration will also allow Mswipe to operate as an acquirer in the UK, managing merchant onboarding, pricing, settlement terms, and processing, all while utilising their existing proprietary technology.
Currently established in Singapore and the UAE, the expansion into the UK will enable Mswipe to offer an alternative pathway for international fintechs to enter the UK market. Simultaneously, it will also allow Mswipe to avoid the administrative burdens and compliance requirements of direct scheme membership.
