Adani Airport, on Thursday, said that the ground management concession agreements are completed with the Turkish firm Celebi for Mumbai and Ahmedabad airports.
He also said that Celebi has directed the leg to immediately deliver to the company all the land management facilities to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
The decision to terminate the thesis concession agreements were the tasks after the Government of the Union revoked the security authorization of the Turkish aviation firm.
He said that Adani’s airport has and operates the airports of Mumbai and Ahmedabad, as well as the Airports de Mangalore, Guwahati, Jaipur, Lucknow and Thirvananthapuram.
“After the decision of the India government to revoke Celebi’s security authorization, we have finished the granting of land management with Celebi at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj (CSMIA) International Airport in Mumbai (CSMIA) Patel and Ahmedabport (please).
“Consequently, Celebi has been ordered to give us immediately all the floor management facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations,” said a spokesman for Adani Holdings airport in a statement.
The company said it will continue to provide a perfect service to all airlines without interruptions through new land management agencies selected by it.
“All existing CSMIA employees and please will be transferred to the new land management agencies in their existing terms and conditions of employment,” said the company.
“The land management operations in our airports will not be affected. We are totally committed to maintaining the highest standards of national service and interest,” added the spokesman.
