Born and raised in Sangli, a small city in Maharashtra, India, he comes from a middle-class family where financial challenges were part of everyday life. From a young age, he learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and perseverance, values that would later define his professional career.
Despite limited resources, Indrajeet completed his SSC and higher secondary education under difficult circumstances. Due to family pressure and practical concerns, he initially pursued civil engineering, even though it did not align with his interests. Academic setbacks during this phase became a turning point, helping him recognize the importance of choosing passion over pressure.
Determined to take control of his future, he shifted his focus to computer education. He completed his Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Tilak Maharashtra University, Pune, where his interest in technology and computing grew stronger. However, family responsibilities soon forced him to temporarily pause his education and enter the workforce.
During this period, Indrajeet worked as a computer assistant in small institutions, gaining hands-on experience while supporting his family. Although the work offered stability, he clearly saw the limitations in long-term growth. With strong determination, he decided to return to higher education to create a better future for himself and his loved ones.
He moved to Pune with clarity of intent and enrolled in the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program at MIT Pune after successfully clearing multiple entrance exams. Managing high living costs, academic pressure, and family responsibilities simultaneously, he completed his MCA with good grades and secured campus placements.
Indrajeet was selected by leading global IT companies including TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. He chose Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), marking his first major professional breakthrough. During his tenure at TCS, he built a strong corporate foundation, worked on multiple projects, and traveled extensively across India, including cities such as Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Nagpur, and Pune.
His performance and commitment earned him multiple awards as a top executive of the year. He completed Six Sigma training, achieved Green Belt certification, and contributed innovative ideas to the organization. After six years of consistent performance, he was promoted as a team leader.
During this growth phase, Indrajeet also achieved important personal milestones, getting married and becoming a proud father, further strengthening his sense of responsibility and purpose.
A prolonged bench period of nearly eighteen months later created a professional and emotional challenge. Uncomfortable with receiving a salary without active contribution, he made the difficult decision to leave TCS. This phase involved job market struggles, rejections, and working with small-scale companies, testing his resilience once again.
A new chapter began when he joined the Pride Group of Companies during its development stage. Believing strongly in growth-oriented organizations, he accepted the role with full commitment and trust. This decision proved transformative, offering accelerated learning, leadership exposure, and meaningful impact.
Even after joining the Pride Group, Indrajeet played a key role in handling and managing large-scale multinational and global events in Dubai. His responsibilities included strategic coordination, execution support, and leadership involvement in high-profile platforms such as GITEX, Forbes–associated events, the One Billion Summit, and the Gladiators event in Dubai. These experiences further strengthened his exposure to international business environments, global leadership networks, and large-scale event operations.
Under the mentorship of Mr. Sudendu Shah, Indrajeet experienced a major personal and professional turning point. The guidance, trust, and long-term vision he received reshaped his approach to leadership and life.
His journey with the group brought rapid professional growth, improved lifestyle, and global exposure. He worked closely with international clients and traveled to six countries for business purposes, including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Dubai.
Today, Indrajeet madhale is permanently settled in Dubai, working in a senior position with strong compensation and stability. As an NRI professional, he proudly represents Indian talent on a global stage, combining technical expertise with leadership and integrity.
