The Motorola electronic devices manufacturer has said that with favorable policies such as the linked incentive scheme (PLI) of production and the latest electronic component manufacturing scheme (ECMS), it hopes to grow what it is in the coming years.

The company has about 6 percent market share in the Indian smartphone market and aims to be a number three player for next year, for which it has to reach 11-12 percent by then.

“We will continue to build the way in which Motorola smartphones today are growing in India … For three years in a row, we have a triple digit growth. For three years, we have tripled. Business line.

Declining comment on exact numbers, he said that 100 percent of the smartphones they were selling in India are definitely consumed within the country, and the same products are also exported.

Narasimhan said Dixon is one of his greatest partners with whom he was expanding capabilities during the last six years. He added that with schemes such as ECMS, Motorola would also look for more associations in the components.

According to the International Data Corporations Report (IDC), the Indian Smart Telephone Market grew 4 percent year after year (interannual) in 2024, with shipments that reach 151 million units. Vivo was in the number one position with a market share of 16.6 percent, followed by Samsung in 13.2 percent, followed by Oppo and Xiaomi to 12 percent each. Motorola was in the seventh position after Realme (11 percent) and Apple (8.2 percent).

Meanwhile, Motorola has also entered the personal computer segment (PC) in India with the launch of Moto Book 60, its first laptop and motorcycle Pad 60 Pro, a tablet PC, which stuns young people. The Book Moto comes in three price variations between RS.66,990 and RS.78.990, while Moto Pad has a price of RS. 26,999 (8 GB+128 GB) and RS.28.999 (12 GB+256 GB).

“This is a global first, where we have presented the Book Moto and the Moto Pad, and the Real Glory first launched in India and India is a test of Test. US to take this and build it,” Narasimhan said.

Depending on the success of the products, the company would analyze the manufacture here in India and also export to other countries in later internship.

“We are one of the 10 main supply chain companies worldwide … we have manufacturing in all countries, and Lenovo (parent company) is the number one PC manufacturer. We have our factory in Pondicherry, so it is a search on the scale and volume of volume and the present volume and the present volume and the present volume and the present volume and the present volume and the present volume and the present volume and the present volume and the present volume and the present volume and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume present and the volume Serving or consequently, “he said.
