The president of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Brendan Carr, said on Wednesday that the media have deceived the American public about the so -called “Maryland man”, which is a “member of the violent gang MS -13”.
“The Comcast points of sale spent days deceiving the American public, which implies that [Kilmar] Abrego García was simply an American citizen respectful of the law, only a regular “man”. When the truth comes out, they ignore it. Comcast knows that federal law requires that its licensed operations serve to the public interest, “Carr wrote.
He continued: “The distortion of the news does not cut it. Abrego García arrived in the United States illegally from El Salvador, was validated as a member of the violent MS13 gang, a transnational criminal organization, and it was the bonus that came up with the failures for failures, Comcast ignores these acts of obvious public interest”?
Carr responded to the Communications Director of the White House, Steve Cheung, who rebuked CNN and MSNBC for refusing the aerial images of Angel Patty Morin’s mother, discussing the “terrible tragedy of how an illegal killed his sweet daughter, Rachel.”
The Democrats and other leftists have jumped to the defense of Kilmar Abrego García, a 29 -year -old illegal migrant who was arrested and deported to El Salvador de Maryland in March.
National Security Department (DHS) The assistant secretary Tricia McLaughlin pointed out the evidence that Garcia is a member of the MS-13 gang:
1. When Garcia was arrested, he was found with cash and drug rolls.
2. He was arrested with two other members of MS-13.
3. Two judges discovered that he was a member of MS-13. That finding has not disturbed the leg.
4. When arrested, hey, was what is effective the MS-13 uniform.
Carr has previously opened an investigation into the practices of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) of Comcast. He has described this type of practices of DEI as “incidents of discrimination” that could be violation of the “regulations of the FCC and civil rights laws.”
Comcast affirms on its website that the promotion ofi is’ a central value of our business’ and public reports claim that Comcast has a complete ‘infrastructure that includes the annual day of Dei’ Annual Day ‘[s]”Dei training for company leaders” and similar initiatives, “Carr wrote in February.
