Illinois dominated by the Democrats has become the next state of the left in challenging the rules of President Trump that prohibit the transgender athletes of women’s girls and sports.

After Being Trezed On The Issue for Weeks, The Illinois High School Administration (IHSA), which where Schools Sports in the State MALES FIRIPATION OF MALES FIRIPTION OF MALE FIRIPTION OF MALES FIRIPATION OF MAKES FIRIPATION OF MAKES FIRIPATION OF MADE FIRIPATION OF MAKES FIRIPATION OF THE MALE FIRIPATION OF MAL Firipation of male firipation of the males firipation and sports. In constant part, the IHSA has now advanced to challenge President Trump’s efforts to protect women from the incursion of transgender athletes, WQRF-TV reported.

In March, 40 state legislators sent a letter to the IHSA asking for their position on transgender athletes.

The sports organization was applied to the application until Tuesday, when they finally responded and said that the federal rules would not follow, but that the rules that the Illinois attorney general presented.

“Illinois Attorney General and, more recently, the Illinois Human Rights Department has affirmed to the IHSA that the Illinois Human Rights Law requires that transgender athletes are allowed to participate in events and programs that are aligned with the genre with which they identify,” said the IHSA in his letter.

The organization added that obeying the prohibition of Trump’s community to Trans athletes would interfere with state rules. “Compliance with him [President’s] The Executive Order could place the IHA Law of Human Rights of Illinois to the IHSA, “the group explained.

The president of the IHSA Board, Dan Tulley, concluded his letter, trying to affirm that his organization is in an “unsustainable position” and has no tasks of a position on which side is correct in transgender athletes. But their lining with state rules clearly places them in the left -wing democratic field on the subject.

Several Republican legislators criticized the IHSA for their response.

“After weeks of waiting, the IHSA finally responded to our letter, and its answer is ridiculous,” said Republican state senator Andrew Chesney on social networks. “This should not be controversial: girls deserve fair and safe competition. Forcing them to compete against biological men is not fair, and it is not correct.”

“Senate Republicans will continue to fight to protect the integrity of women’s sports in Illinois. It is time for IHSA to follow federal guidelines and do the right thing for female athletes,” he added.

The Republican leader of the House of Representatives, Tony McCombie, also razed the IHSA to put on the side of the radical transgender ideology.

“The IHSA has once again chosen the deviation in the director and the ambiguity in the action. Their answer is not only late, it is weak. Saying: ‘It is not our problem’, it does not work for the students of this state. It is not leadership.

“It is not about politics, but the security of students, and delaying clarity on this issue only prolongs the problem. If state law contradicts federal law, then the way to follow is to work in good faith to resolve that conflict, not hide from it and the risk.

Republicans are a small minority in the state legislature and have little power in issues such as trans athletes.

Illinois joins states, including Maine and Washington, to challenge the rules of title IX of the president that prohibit the trans athletes of women’s sports.
