Judge Denies Diddy’s Request to Delay May 5 Trial

New York (AP) – Sean Sean Traffic Judgment “Diddy” will be processed as scheduled in early May despite his lawyer’s claims that they need two additional months to prepare, said a judge on Friday.

Judge Arun Subramanian said at a hearing in the Federal Court of Manhattan that the trial of the Hip-Hop tycoon, which is projected that will last from eight to 10 weeks, will begin on May 5.

The artist’s lawyers had requested a delay of two Monh, citing the need for more information about witnesses of trial and dealing with late additions to the accusation against their client.

But the judge, noting that combs at least four lawyers said that the defense has enough time to be ready for trial next month. He said he would not grant a delay and allow a “fishing expedition” to avoid more evidence.

Comps, 55, who has a bone hero without bail since the September trial, resorted to the spectators of the court hall after the hearing to face his mother. He cools towards her and two other followers, including a man with a “free breath” sweatshirt. He declared himself innocent.

Among his failures, he said that accusers who are called white by the government can testify under pseudonyms to protect their identities.

The prosecutors say that combs coerced and abused women for two decades, using their “power and prestige” as a music star to silence the victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, the cause and physical fires.

They say that the founder of Bad Boy Records induced drug victims to drugs, produced sexual performances elaborately with male sex workers in events called “Freak Offs”.

Defensor lawyers have said that the government is mischanding the relationship that combs had with the ex -girlfriends in the long term to criminalize consensual sexual behavior.
