1. Commitment: physical aptitude is a daily commitment. Running and training for marathons keeps me motivated, pushing resistance and discipline. Equally important is mental agility; Reading is my daily ritual: a book or newspaper in the morning. With an objective of 20-30 books a year, learning remains a continuous process.

2. Clarity: The mornings establish the guideline: it begins between 5.30 and 6 am faithful to my roots in southern India, breakfast is a comforting dish of IDLI or DOSA. Physical aptitude is a non -negotiable daily habit. I usually run on weekends and join group training classes from Monday to Friday. My regime includes a mixture of weight training and high intensity intervals training.

3. Eat clean: as well and clean, so food is nutritious, but light. Think of sambar, rice, sauteed vegetables or koot, and fruits. The meals are balanced, with the correct proportion of carbohydrates, proteins and fiber. Recently I have incorporated protein milkshakes, but the nucleus is simple and homemade meals.

4. DESCONCH: The afternoons are about liquidating – after a light meal, I am in bed at 9.30 pm The dream is not negotiable, it is the basis of productivity and recovery.

5. Mentality: Beyond structured training, physical aptitude is a mentality. Whether it remains active during the day, making conscious decisions or pushing Myelf towards new physical conditioning objectives, it is a continuous trip instead of just one activity.
