A convalescent Pope Francis made a surprise appearance for Easter Suntys in the Plaza de San Pedro del Vaticano on Sunday, defuting the serious illness that has left him fighting in recent months.
It had been unknown if the 88 -year -old pontiff would join the Holy Week meeting after his recent hospital high after five weeks of treatment for an infection that led to double pneumonia, reports the BBC.

At that time, doctors said they would need at least two months or rest in their residence. Before Sunday’s celebrations, Bone One had twice this week, says The Outlet.
