Tesla’s CEO, Elon Musk, uses a “Trump was fine in everything!” Hat, like him, the US trade representative Jamieson Greer and the director of the Central Intelligence Agency John Ratcliffe attend a cabinet meeting at the White House, in Washington, DC, USA UU., March 24, 2025.

Tesla will report the first quarter profits on Tuesday after the closure of the market.
This is what Wall Street expects, based on a LSEG analysts survey:
- Profit per action: 39 cents
- Revenue: $ 21.11 billion
Tesla is expected to report a slight decrease in income of $ 21.3 billion in the same quarter of the previous year. However, investors will focus more on what the future holds after concerns about rates and close links of CEO Elon Musk with the White House promoted the price of the shares 44% so far this year or the closing of Monday.
Earlier this month, Tesla reported a 13% decrease in deliveries to 336,681. Tesla blamed the lowest deliveries, in part, to the need to suspend production temporarily in its factories, while the updated lines to start making a renewed version of its popular SUV Electric Model Y.
Deliveries are the closest approach to the sales of vehicles reported by Tesla, but they are not defined with precision in the communications of the company’s shareholders.
At the meeting of all hands with Employeese last month, Musk tried to tear employees that they were still in good hands and “cling to their stock.” He pointed out the popularity of the model and, and the potential of Tesla in robotics, artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicle technology.
At the meeting, Musk also went out of the reaction of the reactions to the Insla, elected for his work for President Donald Trump to reduce the size of the federal government, and his endorsements of the anti -immigrant AFFA of Germany, along with mental rhetoric.
“If you read the news, it feels like, you know, Armageddon,” Musk said in a live broadcast of the employee meeting. “It’s like, I can’t walk on television without watching a tesla on fire.” He continued saying: “This is a psychopath, it ceases to be a psychopath!”
That was before Trump’s announcement earlier this month of generalized tariffs, the area where Musk has publicly broken with the Trump administration. In X, he called Peter Navarro, Trump’s main commercial advisor and rates proponents, a “jerk” and “darker than a sack of bricks.”
Tesla can receive a significant blow from the president’s proposition rates, assuming that they are not retreated. Tesla manufactures cars in the US for national sales, so it is not subject to the 25% of the imported cars, but taxes on other components and materials could be severe.
Tesla is based on suppliers in Mexico and China for items such as automotive glass, printed circuit plates and battery cells, among other essential parts for the production of their cars. The company has sought an exemption from the United States commercial representative for the China imported team that uses in its factories.
