The repression of illegal immigration of President Trump has resulted in a 99.99 percent drop in the capture and release of migrants on the border of the United States-Mexico compared to the highest period of capture and release under former President Joe Biden.
On Tuesday, the White House promoted reports from the Washington TimesStephen Dinan, that only 20 migrants were arrested by the border patrol and subsequently released from custody in February.
Meanwhile, in December 2023, the Biden administration saw about 200,000 migrants arrested and then launched into the United States.
“You can’t get much better than … Thanks to President Trump, the border operational control is becoming a reality,” said White House Secretary, Karoline Leavitt.
“Illegal foreigners are finally receiving the blunt message: if you cross the border illegally, it will be deported quickly and will never return to the United States of America,” Leavitt continued.
According to Dinan’s reports, Trump’s first agenda in the United States has “drastically reduced the possibilities of capture and release of 778 per 1,000 border cruises in December 2023 to only 2 for 1,000 in February.”
In addition to controlling the southern border, Trump is maximizing the immigration and customs application space (ICE). Today, the arrest of illegal foreigners is at its maximum capacity, with almost 48,000 illegal foreigners in ice custody.
The administration, he thought, is looking to increase the detention space greatly. His last effort is to travel in a Newark installation, New Jersey, which would add 1,000 more beds for ice agents to use illegal criminal foreigners.
