Dr., the real estate developer based in Chennai reported a 50 percent increase in revenues to ₹ 525 million rupees for the prosecutor who ends on March 31, 2025.
The company is advancing a 40 percent increase in revenues to around ₹ 725 million rupees for the current prosecutor, Ranjeeth Rathod, DRA managing director, said Business line. The highest income was due to the highest demand for apartments throughout the city, he added.
The company’s installation projects include eight apartments; A villa and a development drawn the next projects include a project drawn on the outdoor ring road; Two apartment projects in Old Mahabalypuram Road (OMR) and an Apartment project in Chembarambakam, he said.

The company, which has developed 10 million square feet of residential space (mostly) in Chennai, said it hopes to add 2.7 m square feet of its continuous and future projects.
