The most important news of the weekend was regarding Trinity Rodman’s decision to get away from Washington’s spirit to address the problems. The Star striker has been dealing with rear spasms for years, and last September had to be taken from the field in a wheelchair that door of the Washington Spirit Vs. In March, Rodman told reporters that he did not believe that his back “once was 100 percent.”
“He is the son of a problem that it is not a specific thing, it is the way my back is structured,” Rodman said. “And it is more management than a curable solution.”
She admitted that she did not believe that her back “will be the way it was my rookie year, which is unfortunate.”
A few days later, Rodman joined the USWNT for the first time since he helped take the team to a gold medal at the Paris Olympic Games last summer. The 22-year-old scored a brilliant goal in a 2-0 victory over Brazil, and celebrated rummaging some fun on her back (which almost made the medical staff rush in the panic mode).
Rodman did not see the launch in the second game of the Americans of the window, but played 45 minutes for the spirit in a 2-0 victory over the Louisville races on April 12.
According to The Washington PostThat he was the first to inform the news, Rodman will meet with a doctor in London and currently there is no calendar for the return. The USSWNT will meet for its next camp at the end of May.
Lyon de Lindsey Heaps wins the first section of the semifinal of the Champions League
Lyon from Usswnt Captain Lindsey Heaps defeated Arsenal by Emily Fox and Jenna Nightger 2-1 in the first leg of the semifinal of the women’s champions League on Saturday. Heaps joked before the game that she was giving Fox “as much garbage as possible and simply made a little duration” the last USWNT camp.
Heaps, who has been a vowel in his career his passion for supplies football in Europe and specifically in the Champions League, has been delighted to see that more of his American teammates make their way abroad. Fox signed with the Arsenal last year, Nightwonger joined the club earlier this year, and Naomi Girma reached the headlines after a historical transfer of the wave of San Diego to Chelsea in January. Catarina Macario and Mia Fishel also play for blues.
“I think it’s really special for me to see how Captain,” Heaps told reporters before Saturday’s game. “I want all my players to be fine. So not this weekend, I hope.”
Lyon and Arsenal will meet again for the second leg on Sunday, April 27.
Girma debuts in the Champions League
The Uswnt star defender, Naomi Girma, has finally returned from an injury. On Sunday, Girma went up to Chelsea in the 81st minute of the 4-1 defeat of the clubs 4-1 against Barcelona in the first leg of his semifinal match of the Champions League. Girma arrived in the field with the blues only 2-1, but Irene Paredes and Claudia Pina scored twice more in the final moments.
Chelsea will have the opportunity for revenge at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
This has Bone an ideal beginning for the European Girma football career, especially after becoming the first transfer of one million dollars in the history of women’s football. The 24 -year -old defender has been recovering from a calf injury, which has limited his minute for Chelsea and appearances for the USSWNT. She only played in a WSL match of the regular season in March before winning her first minutes of the Champions League during the weekend.
Ally Sentnor converts the winning pk of the game
Behind in the United States, Rising Uswnt Star Ally Sentnor turned a criminal shot into the tenth stop of stop time to give the UTAH’s reais a 1-0 victory over Chicago’s red stars. It was the first victory of the Royals of this NSL season.
The 21 -year -old Sentnor, who was appointed young player of the year of the United States.
