By announcing its market entry and technological capacity, the Electric Mobility Infrastructure company based in Kerala Go EC has launched its operations in Nepal, completing the first cross -border width of the south of Kochi to Katmandú.
The trip of more than 2,000 km, organized by GO EC in association with Tata Motors, activates the company’s brand and offers a proof of concept of concept for long distance evidence. The team, including the director of Go Nepal, Unnikrishnan, the CTO Yadhu Krishnan and YouTuber Yasin Muhammed, traveled through key Indian cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Varanasi before reaching Kathmandu.
EC incursion in Nepal includes an implementation strategy. In the coming months, the company plans to install 50 fast charging stations throughout the country. The company already operates in 250 fast -charged DC stations in Kerala and aims to replicate its scalable model in Nepal, taking advantage of the growing demand for electric mobility in the country.
“This is not just a symbolic trip; it is an initiative to entry to the strategic market,” said PG Ramnath, CEO and GO EC co -founder. “We are here for Catalysis the EV Ev of Nepal with a robust load infrastructure and proven operational experience.”
The convoy EV received a warm welcome in Nepal on May 13 by representatives of the Indian Embassy, Athul Madan and Suman Shekhar. A reception was later organized for team members at the headquarters of Tata Motors in Nepal.
