Missa LTD’s ownership possession will be reduced from 25% to 17.54%
Minda Corporation Ltd said Thursday that his participation in Furukawa Minda Electric PVT LTD, a company joint with Furukawa Electric Group of Japan, will be reduced to 17.54 by center after a subscription agreement of shares with its partner.
The company has held a Sharing Subscription Agreement (SSA) with Furukawa Electric Company LTD (FEC) and Furukawa Automotive Systems INC – FEC – on April 24, 2025, said Minda Corporation Ltd.
According to the SSA, the EMPTITIES have agreed to subscribe to 5 million capital shares of ₹ 10 each of Furukawa Minda Electric PVT LTD (Joint Company), and at the end of the subscribing and assignment of the Sharaasa, the Fec of FEC shares, Cent, added.
The participation of Minda Corporation LTD will be reduced from 25 percent to 17.54 percent, the company said.
The JV, previously called Mnda Furukawa Electric Pvt. LTD, was created in 2007 for the manufacture and sales of wiring harness and other automotive components for manufacturers of Japanese cars located in India.
In November 2018, Furukawa Electric Group had increased its 49 percent participation to 75 percent and the name changed to Furukawa Minda Electric PVT LTD.
