The monsoon of India has revived after storage for more than fifteen days, and the rains will cover central parts of the country this week, which provides relief of the heat wave on the northern plains that cultivate grains, two senior weather officials said on Monday.
The monsoon, the soul of the economy of almost $ 4 billion in the country, offers almost 70 percent of the rain that India needs to water the farms and replenish aquifers and deposits.
Almost half or cultivation lands of India, which do not have irrigation, depends on the annual rains from June to September for crop growth.
The monsoon has revived after fifteen days as a favorable weather system has developed in Bengal Bay, which would help the monsoon cover Reuters throughout the central India, an official of the Department of Meteorology of India (IMD).
On Mansoon Monday, the western state of Maharashtra covered on Monday and entered neighbor Gujarat and the central state of Madhya Pradesh, said the official.
The only monsoon on Kerala occurred on May 24 and quickly covered the south, northeast and some parts of the west of India before its usual schedule, but its progress has stagnated since May 29, according to an IMD table that tracked the follow -up that it tracked.
The monsoon has won the required impulse, and it is likely that heavy rains are on the west coast, the center and some parts of north of India in the next ten days, which will depend on significant temperatures, said another climate official.
India has received a 31 % precipitation less than the average in the first half of June, but in the second half the country will receive rainfall above the average, said the official.
Monzón’s rains are ready to progress rapidly in the next few days and could cover most of the country before the end of June, said the official.
