NTT DATA to set up ₹10,500 cr AI data centre cluster in Hyderabad

NTT Data, a Digital Transformation Company and Ti services based in Japan, and the cloud platform company Neysa Networks, and the Telangana government have signed an agreement to establish a AI data center cluster in Hyderabad with an investment of ₹ 10.5 billion rupees.

The next installation in Hyderabad will have a cluster of 400 MW data centers, designed to accommodate the most powerful supercomputing infrastructure in the country with 25000 GPU. The project is aligned with the vision of Telangana to be the capital of AI of India, the abilities of sovereign, scalable and sustainable computing to support the works of public and business.

The agreement was formalized in Tokyo on Friday after a meeting between the company’s officials and a Telangana government team led by Prime Minister to Revanth Reddy. “This collaboration combines the leadership of the NTT Global Data Center dates back to the AI ​​acceleration platform of Neysa, which allows the joint development of Ai-First solutions,” said a statement from the principal minister.

The project will be fed through a combination of renewable networks and energy (up to 500 MW), will adopt avant -garde cooling technologies such as liquid immersion and adheres to the highest ESG standards, according to the statement. The Campus will also encourage the talent of AI through associations with the academic institutes of Telangana and will contribute to the state’s digital public infrastructure mission.
