Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday morning described the attacks of Indian missiles in terrorist objectives in the province of Kashmir and Punjab occupied by Pakistan and an “act of war” and said that his country has every right to give a “corresponding response.” Sharif said that India has carried out attacks in five places in Pakistan.

“The enemy will never be allowed to demand in its dire targets,” he said, adding that the entire nation is with the Pakistani armed forces.

Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that Pakistan will respond “with all his strength.”

“We will respond with all force. We will pay this debt in the way that debt is paid,” Asif told Geo News.

He said that Pakistan’s response would be kinetic and diplomatic, and that it would not take long to retaliate to the Indian attack.

“All places are open so that international media verify if they went to the terrorists” camps or civilians, “he said.

The army spokesman, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, said that the missiles dismissed by India attacked Kotli and Muzaffrabad in Pok and Bahawalpur in the province of Punjab.

Chaudhry said three Pakistani were killed and 12 injured in missile attacks.

However, the authorities said the Indian strikes attacked five places in Kotli, Muzaffarabad and Bagh in Pok and in the areas of Bahawalpur and Mueridke of Punjab.

India launched air attacks in the Subhanullah mosque in the Ahmed East East area of Bahwalpur, Kotli and Muzaffrabad in three places in the air, said the army spokesman Ary News Channel.

“All our Air Force aircraft are in the air. This cowardly and shameful attack was carried out from the Airspace of India. They never allowed to come and end up in the space of Pakistan,” he said.

“Let me say it unequivocally: Pakistan will respond to this at a time and place to choose. This atrocious provocation will not remain unanswered,” he added.

He said that damage evaluations are carried out and more information will be provided later.

This “temporary happiness” that India has achieved with this attack will be replaced by a lasting complaint, he added.

Pakistan has closed its airspace for all air traffic for 48 hours.

The ties between India and Pakistan collapsed after Pahalgam’s terrorist attack on April 22 who killed 26 people, mostly tourists.

India announced a series of punitive measures against Pakistan, including the suspension of the Indo Water Treaty, the closure of the only crossing of operational terrestrial border in Attari and degradation of diplomatic ties after the terrorist attack.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had told the maximum brass of defense that the armed forces have “operational freedom” to decide on fashion, objectives and the time of Indian’s response to attack.
