Approximately three years after closing the operations, the Trujet regional airline (old known as Turbo Megha Airways) has sought the wink of the center to restart its operations, industry sources told Businessline.

The operations ceased in February 2022 due to the financial crisis unleashed by the Covid pandemic.
The airline had received the initial approach to operate “programmed air transport services” of the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MOCA) of the Union in 2014.
According to the sources, the airline has requested the Renwal of the NOC (without objection certificate) of Moca and has made representations of the Ministry officials about their plans.
“The NOC of the Ministry is expected to be granted son, after which the airline would be required Business line.

In addition, to begin operations, Trujet would require the security authorization of its key personnel, including the Board of Directors.
