TVS Holdings and TVS Motor Company have started a perfect transition on property, reinforcing their succession plan.
Sudarshan Venu, currently Managing Director of TVS Motor, has now become a significant beneficial owner, in accordance with a business registrar presentation (ROC) dated April 23, 2025.

In compliance with section 90 of the Law of Companies, 2013, and the relevant rules, the industrial Venu Srinivasan and Sudarshan Venu have formally declared their important beneficial property in TVS Holdings Limited, part of the largest group of televisions.
According to Form No. Ben-1, both people revealed their substantial indirect holdings in the company through trusts in which they serve as a trustee.
The presentations reveal that Venu Srinivasan, a key promoter of TVS Holdings, has 63.80 percent beneficial interest in the company through vs. Trust, where he serves as administrator. Their indirect rights include the property of shares, voting rights and the right to dividends. In addition, it has a 3.07 percent participation through Srinivasan Trust, also as a trustee.
Sudarshan Venu, also VS Trust’s truster, declared the same indirect possession of 63.80 percent, along with a 3.07 percent participation through Srinivasan Trust.
The presentations highlight that Venu Srinivasan and Sudarshan Venu are acting together, a fact indicated in the official documentation. This is aligned with government norms that require public statements or significant influence or control in corporate entities.
Revelations also come
Such changes are part of a broader realignment within the family of extended televisions. On March 18, 2025, it was reported that the property and management response through televisions and tractors and agricultural equipment LTD (TAFE) were being reorganized, after the appointment of Lakshmi Venu as Vice 1725.
The movements follow a memorandum of understanding signed in March 2024 by Venu Srinivasan and his family, with the aim of minimizing competition between families and guaranteeing the continuity of the business.
