The Block 2025: New photos of the Daylesford site as the cast embrace the town

The regular roast dinners of Sundays in the local pub, the purchase of household items and works of art made locally: this lot of the block contestants this year is fine and really adopt life in the popular city of change of Daylesford trees, Victoria.

Mitch Duncan, owner of Farmers Arm Hotel, said that his business will appear on the program quite at Airs at the end of this year, and every Sunday night a group of approximately eight comes to dinner.

“We have simply made a special Sunday roast for them, just to try to make them feel a little more at home every Sunday,” he said.

“Scotty (host Scott CAM) has one leg approximately two or three times a week, so it is excellent.

“He is exactly as you see on television: he is a good guy. He is a good Larrikin. He loves a beer and is a really lovely guy.”

While Duncan said that he has not yet met personally with all the block points of this year, he said that the two Adelaide barbers were very funny.

“I think they are the guys that will cause some disturbance for the year,” he said.

The homeware lifestyle store, the Joint Cedar & Sage Daylesford, Sally Collinson, said it has been visited by three different equipment so far, and Daylesford’s own candle of her store will be presented in the winning bath in the first week of show.

Other teams have bought a Daylesford postal code candle, as well as travertine and kitchen products, and items for their challenges, he said.

“It has been nice, they are very relaxed … and they are absolutely charming,” said Collinson.

“They enter and are like a normal client and sail.

“And from what I listen, this season is more about renewing and not about the drama, and equipped, everyone gets along very well and supports each other.”

Daylesford Training Co. owner Gary Grach said his store has been visited several times by contestants who have bought items for Room Reveeals, which included Jellycat Soft Toys and Daylesford Artist Brian Nash Prints.

“We are really excited to have the Block in Daylesford and just driving is adjusted to the site, it looks very well at this time, it is really establishing the tone for a large farm that comes to Daylesford,” he said.

The owner of Winspeake Cellar + Deli, Jen Latta, said that the cast and the crew visited her wine and cheese business in her inactivity time, but could not reveal if some of the occasions were part of a partular challenge.

“They really enjoy being in the city, and we are really enjoying having them,” he said.

“It is really positive for a business and from a personal position, it is always lovely to have new faces in the city, and in any small way of showing our city, we only have great experimental things.”

“It will mean a lot to us, because it will bring local tourists and for a one -day excursion, and the city will stand out in all its beauty.”

Walton said he expected “the second wave” of benefits for the region that will occur once the series is transmitted.

“Once real production is on television, we will begin to see, of course, the audience of the program that decides to climb to the car and come and see the place, which will be really good,” he said.

“The only thing that is really notable leg has been the increase in salted sauce in the activity of the buyer and the comment that we have made open for buyers inspections.”

Duncan praised the block for the broader benefits it has brought to the region so far.

“I think what the block has really done, very well that they have committed themselves in community activities,” he said.

“I don’t know if I can tell you everything … but they are involved in the renewal of a couple of spaces in the city that nobody has touched for years and years and years.

“I think, from that point of view, they have really committed themselves to the community and people are very happy.”
