The countdown to the NFL 2025 draft has now moved from a week to days. On day 1 it will take place from the week from Thursday, ending several weeks and months of speculating where the main perspectives will end.
That said, Colin Cowherd released his first simulated draft of the season in the Thursday edition of “The Herd”. Unlike other simulated drafts, Cowherd only projected how the first 15 selections should be under the premise of what it would do if it were the general manager of each team.
Travis hinter, Ashton Jeanty highlights the simulated draft of ‘What i to’ home

The exercise led to two quarterbacks and two runners that were selected in the 15 best selections. He also led Cowherd to call a selection the “theft of the draft.”
Here is Cowherd’s first simulated draft, with probabilities through Drafting Sportsbook such as or April 17.
Likely to be no. 1 General Selection: -20000
Cowherd thoughts: “It is easy. Last year, the quarterbacks of the combined titans for 22 touchdowns and 21 selections. It is a ganiable division. It fits Brian Callahan’s offensive. They have a Iroi-Toi Makeoff team. The board.”
Likely to be no. 2 General Selection: -500
Cowherd thoughts: “The best general athlete in the draft, and he [Joe] FLACCO. They are paying Desshaun Watson. They are paying Kenny Pickett. They have sent the signal that they are not collecting a field marshal. “
Odds to be written by New York giants: +330
Cowherd thoughts: “I think Jameis Winston and Tommy Devito will cut them into the camp. I think they go with Russell [Wilson] for a year. Only Russell’s contract is not so punitive, everything is based on how many games and how well plays. Believe [Sanders] It is a star. … Brian Daboll has demonstrated a story that you can give him average things, and can correct it. I don’t think there is much to correct. “
Likely to be no. 4 GENERAL SELECTION: +600
Cowherd thoughts: “Last year, the Patriots had the least amount of captures in the League. There will be many runners, closed wings and open receptors Avia times later in the draft. It’s Mike Vrabbel. Look what they did in free agency, many of the great sharp and size.”
Likely to be no. 5 GENERAL SELECTION: -125
Cowherd thoughts: “The Jags defensive line already has talent. I think Graham is really underestimated. People say their roof is low. All I know is that when I saw him, he simply pushed people. They had the second sausage in the League League.”
Issues written by Raiders: -110
Cowherd thoughts: “Is Heythy of this choice? It is the best corridor of this draft. Geno Smith is very good in the game action. Pete Carroll’s career was great when he had Reggie Bush and Lendale White at the University and Marshawn Lynch in the Seaty Last.
Odds to be written by airplanes: +280
Cowherd thoughts: “This child can do everything. You can divide it. He is a game creator. He takes the pressure to Garrett Wilson, who becomes double equipment … Harbor simply had a closed wing production in recent years. [over that stretch]. “
Issues of being a selection of the 10 best: +400
Cowherd thoughts: “It is a small planner, but they have to look for help from Bryce Young. This is the year for Bryce Young, who played quite well last year. The open receiver group in Carolina is not no.” [general managers] Who are great with him and know one who loves him, and is a GM that respects. “
Odds to be the second selected corner (including travis hinter): -250
Cowherd thoughts: “They moved from Marcus Lattimore, sending it to the commanders last season, so they need a corner of 1. I think I think [Johnson’s] Excellent. He was injured in Michigan, but I think he starts for everyone in the NFL. … I think Will Johnson is an exceptional player. They had the defense of the pass in the league. I know you’re talking about a field marshal, but I don’t know what to do with that story of Derek Carr. Shedeur will be out of the board and is too high to write Jaxson Dart. “
Most likely is a superior selection -10: -900
Cowherd thoughts: “It is a Bulldog of Georgia who hastened the pin and is a great physical specimen. I think you are going to look for it if you are the bears. They continue to update in the trenches.”
Probabilities to be recruited for the first time: +1200
Cowherd thoughts: “Trent Williams is aging in the left Tackle. He is 37 years old. Let’s be honest, if you are going to spend money in Brock Purdy, then it is better to protect him. His line or is the weakest part of that team and it is better available. I like it more.”
doThe probabilities of Owboys to write RB with the first selection: +800
Cowherd thoughts: “I think it is the Adrian Peterson of a poor man; Big, strong and only a hard guy to tear down. Let’s be realistic, the Cowboys runner room is atrocious, 27 at the NFL in Rushing last season. They already invested the capital in line O. They already paid Ceedee Lamb and Roof Prescott. They need star power, and there is no open receptor good enough to dress in this place. “
PROBABILITIES FOR THE SECOND OLPLUED: +165
Cowherd thoughts: “I think it’s quite good, but not as good as Kelvin Banks. Again, you’re investing in Tua Tagovaila, who has that group of injuries. Go to look for an offensive Tackle.”
Colts’s probabilities to write OL with first selection: +270
Cowherd thoughts: “This will be the theft of the Draft. Membou was torn in Missouri. Out of Quenton Nelson, none of the offensive linens in Indy played 17 games. People talk about needing a closed wing, Colston Loveland is not good enough to write in this place.”
The probabilities of the Falcons for the edge/dl corridor with first selection: -225
Cowherd thoughts: “They do not reach the field marshal with the second masts in the NFL last season. If you want to beat Baker Mayfield, you have to hurry Baker Mayfield …
