Simply call Bryce Perkins the touchdown manufacturer.
Through three games, the double threat field marshal of the Michigan Panthers is responsible for five touchdowns (three races and two passes). Perkins has completed 69% of its passes for 488 yards and hastened 74 more. Its ability to make things happen in the air and on the ground is one of the main reasons why panthers are one of the best teams to win in the UFL in week 4.
“Bryce’s energy is really good,” said Michigan’s chief coach Mike Nolan. “He is still trying to hinder everyone, but made an advance for an additional yards.”

Perkins went up the injured field marshal Danny Etling, had to leave the game after a great success, early in Michigan’s game last week. With Etling (Rubal shock) inactive for this week, Perkins takes care of good as Michigan’s full -time holder. Perkins obtained the honors of the offensive player of the UFL week for his game in the victory of the Panthers over the San Antonio Brahmas in week 3.
While sometimes a bit of recsia, the Panthers (2-1) will continue to set up the implacable energy of Perkins while receiving the Memphis ShowBoats (0-3) in the opening game of week 4 on Friday night (8 pm et fox and the Fox Sports application).
On Saturday it presents a double header, starting with the Renegades of Arlington (2-1) that houses the St. Louis Battlehawks (2-1) at the Choctaw stadium (12:30 PM ET) and followed by the Birmingham Stallions defender champion (2-1) hitting the TDECU stadium (7 PM et Fox and the Fox Sports application).
Closing the weekend, the defenders of DC, the lonely undefeated team of the League, the host of the Brahmas, who are still looking for their first victory of the season, in Audi Field (5 PM et Fox and the Fox Sports application).
Here is a look closer to five things to observe in week 4:
1. QB Nolan Henderson He takes care of the initial role for the rough
Chief coach Curtis Johnson finally delivered the initial work to Henderson, the support of the team entering the season, after taking Houston to return to Memphis last week: the first victory of the Roughnecks in a calendar year.
Henderson turned in the second half for the opener Anthony Brown, going 10 of 11 for 80 yards and a score.
“It Seemed Like It (The Ball) was coming out on time,” Johnson Said About Henderson’s Performance in Week 3. “We Got In Our Fast-Paced Offense, and I Thought An Outstanding Job. It’s a Credit to Him. Subtimes, and SubaTeames, and Subtime, and Sometime, and Subtime, and Subtimes, We’teime, We’neimes, We But This Kid – He Never Flinched.
“He is a phenomenal young.”
In three openings, Brown completed 19 or 41 passes (46.3%) for 167 yards, a touchdown and three interceptions. He was fired three times and registered a field marshal rating (QBR) of 35.3 League.
The left Tackle Zach Banner is also expected to return this week for Houston after wasting time due to personal reasons.
2. Ruster of DC passes Andre Mintze Get Zumbba’s defensive player
One of the reasons why the defenders have the best record of the League is for their defense, led by Mintze, who ended with two catches and two forced loose balls last week and Route called UFL defusively player of the week.
Mintze is tied in the leadership of the league in Sacks (3.0), along with two forced loose balls and two loose ball recoveries in week 4. Others that have played well include the safety of Roughnecks Leon O’Neal, which has Pick-Six, which has a pick-fast. Michigan’s corner, DJ Miller, leads the league with two interceptions, while Memphis Steele Chambers supporter is the best in the UFL with 27 combined tacle.
3. Battlehawks face renegade in the game of the week
In a battle for second place at the XFL, Arlington and St. Louis conference they will seek to return to the track after both teams suffered losses in week 3.
For the Battlehawks, that means taking Manny Wilkins to the way he played earlier this season; He directed the ball three times in a loss at home against defenders last week. St. Louis, the best team by land in the UFL, ended with only 61 yards by land against DC. Things could be difficult on the ground for St. Louis again this week, since they face an Arington defense that allows a 73.3 yard contest of 73.3 by the League.
For the renegades, they must discover how to enter the annotation zone after not obtaining a touchdown in a defeat against the Sementals last week. The Arlington offensive ended 0 by 4 in the red zone against Birmingham.
4. QB Ex Perry It is still the initiator of the exhibition boats, for now
Just although he crossed consecutive interceptions and was replaced by Troy Williams in the second half of Memphis’s defeat against Houston last week, Perry has his fourth consecutive start for showboats while they face the Panthers.
Memphis has pledged to play Perry and Williams this season, with mixed results. In three openings, Perry is 28 or 45 (62.2%) for 298 yards, a touchdown pass and two interceptions.
Williams, who directed the Pittsburgh Maulers to the USFL title game two years ago, is 8 by 11 (72.7%) for 104 yards, without touchdowns and an interception. Williams has 35 yards per land for the 33 of Perry. The showbats averaged only 13.7 points per game, the second lowest in the league.
5. Coaching Carousel continues while Ken Whisenhunt moves permanently
Two weeks after returning to the field, the UFL announced that the chief coach of the showboats was moving permanently for personal reasons. The coach of the offensive line Jim Turner will once serve as an interim coach of Memphis for the rest of the season. Noel Mazzone, who previously worked as an offensive coordinator for the New Orleans Breakers of Legacy Usfl when Turner was in that staff, will serve as the new offensive coordinator for Memphis.
“The time has come to get away from the game and take a football break,” Whisenhunt said in a prepared statement. “I am very grateful for my time with the players and I wish you the best.”
In other Coaching news, the League also announced that Payton Pardee, who was just elevated from special team recipients/trainers to offensive coordinator last week, also serves as an interim interim coach for San Antonio while passing to Phillips a person -to -person license to the person to the person at the head at the feet at the height of the feet drift to drift to drift drifts to drift drifting drift
