Former South Carolina star officially signs with Indiana Fever

Bree Hall has signed a rookie scale contract with Indiana Fover, just a week after Bee selected 20th in general in the WNBA Draft of 2025.

The former Gamecock guard averaged 5.8 points and 2.3 rebounds per game in his four -year career at the University of South Carolina. He shot 38.3% of three in his senior season and has hit numerous three -batter triple through his career, including the three -game coup in 2023 Elite 8 against Maryland.

In addition to being a clutch shootmaker, Hall is also an elite defender.

“In my 25 years of training, she is in my defensive team of all time,” said South Carolina coach Dawn Staley.

The fever chief coach, Stephanie White, made it clear that defense is a priority for the organization.

“I think the most important thing for us is defensive versatility,” White said after the draft. “Now we know that we have many weapons in the offensive end of the floor, but on those nights in which we are not shooting, or when things are a bit more difficult, we have to be able to stop, and we have to improve

In total, three South Carolina players were selected in the 2025 Draft-Tepao was selected 18th in general by Atlanta Dream, Hall 20th General By Hall and Sania Feagin 21 in general by Los Angeles Sparks.

The Indiana fever list is being completed before the training field

The fever currently has the next 15 players in their 2025 training camps list:

Lounge

12 players will make the final list, with Alleyne, Ejim, Brown, Timpson and Hall fighting for those places. Hall will meet with former Gamecock teammate, Aliyah Boston, when the camp is removed.
