Jimmy Butler has been discarded after suffering the pelvic contusion in a hard autumn that changed the first quarter of game 2 of the first round between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets. Butler was undermined in the air by the Rockets Guard, Amen Thompson, while securing a rebound, and immediately came out of the game.
According to reports, a pelvic contusion takes 2-4 weeks to heal. If Butler is out for some period of time, it is a great blow to Golden State and could balance the series. The Rockets took a part -time advantage of 14 points with Butler outside the game. The Warriors took game 1 in the series. Fans are debating if it was a dirty work of Thompson. Look at the work here:

It seems that Thompson became tangled with his feet with Dayand Green, and sent him flying to Butler. Nothing about it seems intentional. It is an unfortunate and strange work and could change the series in a real way.
Butler was phenomenal in the victory of game 1 of the Warriors. The Warriors have gone 23-7 since they changed it. He has given them a secondary offensive creator to remove Steph Curry, and is also a key piece in an average defense. If Butler is out for this series, the rockets suddenly become a great favorite in the series. Butler will get a magnetic resonance on Thursday, which will tell the team more about the injury.
Here is a healthy version of the Butler-Thompson incident of Sam Athletic.
Nobody needs to pretend that it was a dirty work of Amen Thompson that resulted in Butler’s injury. I was just trying to cross a OB and put my feet tied with Dayand who tried to have a body on him. Terrible luck, I hope Jimmy returns to game 3.

I do well soon, Jimmy Butler. This series is not the same without you.
