Oklahoma City, which ended the regular The season with a better record of the 68-14 League, seemed to the part of a general seed No. 1.

Shai Gilgous-Alexander of Oklahoma City, the league score champion with almost 33 points per game, scored only 15. The Thunder still shot 50.5% from the field.

Yes, Morant scored 17 points for Memphis in just 6 of 17 shots. Years Jackson Jr., who averaged only about 22 points in the regular season, scored four points in 2 of 13 shots. Marvin Bagley III also scored 17, but the Grizzlies fired only 34.4% in general.

There were two 58-point playoff margins in the history of the NBA: Denver beat New Orleans, 121-63, on April 27, 2009, and the Minneapolis Lakers beat St. Louis Hawks, 133-75, on March 19, 1956.

The Los Angeles Lakers beat Golden State for 56 (126-70) on April 21, 1973, and the Chicago Bulls beat the Milwaukee Bucks for 54 (120-66) on April 30, 2015.

And now, a set of 51 points, where the Thunder had it well at the beginning of the second quarter.

This was Memphis’s first playoff game under the interim coach Tuomas Iisalo. He trained only nine regular NBA season games before playing games.
