A 77 -year -old Uber driver was shot dead from a Philadelphia cachimba hall on Wednesday morning during an attack aimed at the driver’s passenger.

The New York Post said the shooting occurred around 2:00 am

The surveillance video captured images of a woman hugging Uber’s passenger when she left Hookah Lounge and prepared to enter the vehicle. Two suspects in a Jeep Grand Cherokee then jump, running to the Uber vehicle with their drawn weapons.

The shots were shot, hitting the passenger several times and leaving Olatunji W. Bolaji, 77, with a gunshot wound in the head.

NBC 10 reported that Bolaji “managed to drive his car to the corner of 18th Street and turned right in Chestnut Street, where his car jumped the sidewalk and hit a pole of light.” Bolaji died in the accident scene.

Uber prohibits both drivers and passengers from being armed by self -defense.

Uber’s firearms policy says: “Passengers and their guests, as well as drivers and delivery, are prohibited from carrying firearms while using the Uber platform, to the extent allowed by the applicable law. Whatever the umolate that this loves this” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “” “”
