Harford County, Maryland, Sheriff Jeff Jeff Gayler, says that Kilmar Abrego García, 29, an illegal foreigner who was deported to his native El Salvador by the Trump administration, is “1000%” a member of the violent MS-13 gang and a documented national.
Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) traveled to El Salvador this week to visit Abrego García in the Mega Prison of El Salvador after he was deported there last month by the National Security Department of President Donald Trump (DHS).
Van Hollen, with the support of other Democrats, including the governor of Maryland, Wes Moore (D) and the failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, demands that Abrego García return to the United States.
Gahler told Fox News on Thursday that Hollen’s efforts are “horrible” and said Abrego García is “1000%” of a MS-13 member and a documented national abuser.
“Are you convinced by the White House that he is a member of the MS-13 gang?” Bill Hemmer from Fox New asked Gahler.
“Oh, 1000%. Yes, in fact. 1000%. Without a doubt,” Ghler said about the Bangle membership of Abrego García.
“Not only that, he is an abuser of domestic violence. In our community, we would detect that he is working with ICE and, hopefully, they would decide to take elimination processes for that reason,” Ghler said:
He is the leg through the elimination procedures before and asked to be removed and yet it was still here. Congratulations to the Trump administration for eliminating a criminal. Horrible in Senator van Hollen for wanting to bring him back. [Emphasis added]
The secretary of the DHS, Kristi, published documentation that sought to test the membership of Abrego García in the MS-13 gang.
The documents indicate that when Abrego García was arrested in Prince George County, Maryland, in 2019, had cash and drug rolls in his person and was arrested along with two documented gang members of MS-13.
DHS also points out the Local Police report, which found his clothes consisting with that of a member of the MS-13 gang.
“When they arrested him, he had a sweatshirt with rolls of money that covered the ears, mouth and eyes of the presidents in various currency denominations,” says the DHS press release. “This is a known symbol of the MS-13 gang of No See Evil, do not listen to evil, do not say evil.”
The police report also establishes that a reliable criminal informant confirmed the membership of Abrego García to the MS-13 gang and even described his classification in the gang to the police.

The DHS statement also indicates that two federal immigration judges found the claims that Abbego García is a member of the MS-13 gang MS-13 credible enough to keep it in immigration and application of customs later.
Abrego García was denied asylum, but he was given a deportation protection order after claiming that he was afraid to be persecuted by 18th Street Gang -MS -13.
More recently, the documents show that Abrego García’s wife, Jennifer Vásquez, asked a Maryland court to a protection order against her husband after accusing him of hitting her.

Similarly, a new report by the Tennessee star suggests that Abrego García was involved in a trafficking operation in December 2022.
“In a nutshell: Kilmar Abrego García is a illegal violent criminal member and member of the MS-13 gang. It belongs after the American soil,” says the DHS press release.
