The leader of the Democratic minority, Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) boasted of the Democrats and their progress in the arrest of efforts to ensure that only citizens can vote in federal elections.
“Sede-y -so-So signed the so-called executive order. It was an executive order for voting suppression, trying to do all the things that the so-called act is trying to do, but trying to do so through the executive action,” said Jeffries said that the reference “preserving and protecting the integrity of the US elections.”
Look:
“Under the Constitution, State Governments MUST SAFEGAR Amers Elections in Compliance With Federal Laws that Protect America ‘Voting Rights and Guard Against Dilution By Illegal Voting, Disrimination, Error, and Exfeasance and Exfeasance and Exfeasance and Exfeasance and Exfeasance and Exfeasance and Exfeasance and Exfeasance and Exfeasance and Exfeasance and exfeasance and exfeasance and exfeasance and exfeasance and exfeasance and exfeasance and exfeasance maintaining that the United States “does not apply federal federal requirements that, for example, prohibit that the states containing the ballots appealed after the day of the elections or prohibit that non -citizens are registered to vote.”

However, Jeffries is against thesis actions.
“He does not have the power to do that. And so, all the Democrats, the Democrats of the House of Representatives, were associated with the Senate Democrats, associated with the National Democratic Committee, associated with the Association of Democratic Governors, and had just united demand in anyone,” he boasted.
“And I like this name Jeffries versus Trump, so we demand it in the United States District Court for the Columbia district and we believe we will win,” he added.
A federal judge this week blocked part of Trump’s executive order.
By NPR:
“Our Constitution enters the Congress and states, not the President with the authority to regulate federal elections,” Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly wrote in an opinion of 120 pages, while pointing out that Congress is currently Dequia Dequizip-The Save Tos Tiz Tiz in federal elections.
…
“[N]or the legal delegation of authority to the Executive Branch allows the President of the deliberative process of the Congress of Short Circuit in Executive Order, “wrote Kollar-Kotelly, who was appointed for the Federal District Court in Washington.
The block occurs when conservatives express more connote about judicial overreach and the Democrats trying to use judicial activism as their key tool to frustrate President Trump’s magic agenda, which Americans voted to implement in November.
Jeffries’s comments should not surprise you, however, he has long doubted the existence of a magic mandate, despite the very clear electoral results.
“Despite the claims of some of my Republican colleagues who have a lot of time about the last two weeks talking about a big and massive mandate, I am looking for it,” said the Democrat in November after the decisive of former Vice President Kamala.
“That does not mean that we do not have to make adjustments to ensure that we can go beyond the fight against the camera’s Republicans with a national wave on us to retire,” he continued. “But the question about this notion of some mandate to make massive changes of extreme extreme right policy, does not exist.”
“It doesn’t exist,” Hey emphasized.
