On Friday at “Jesse Watters Watters” of FNC, the former president of the House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy, said he saw the representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) emerging as leader in the Democratic Party.
He predicted a civil war with Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) aligned against former President Joe Biden, former vice president Kamala Harris, former president of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), the leader of the Senate minority Chuck Schumer (D-Ny) and the leader of the Hokeem Hokeem Jeffries.
“[T]DNC is supposed to join the party, but what we are seeing live is a civil war within the Democratic party, and they are fighting for a new leadership, “he said. And this is what will happen. Remember, AOC did this exactly the same thing a couple of years ago and the party tried to close it when primary to other members in Congress. But she raised the greatest amount of money from any member of any member in the last obtaining the largest crowds.
“This is what is preceded: they will fight to see who becomes the leader of this game,” McCarthy added. “At this time, it is really Aoc and Bernie Sanders. But this is what will happen. They will run against Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Schumer and Hakeem. That will be a motivating factor. They passed against the Republicans.
