Migrant Accused of Killing Georgia Mother, Injuring Her Daughter in Hit-and-Run

A migrant has the battery of killing a Gwinnett, Georgia, a mother and hurting her daughter in a blow and leakage accident.

Anibal Orlando de Leon, a 33 -year -old migrant who now faces deportation, has been arrested by the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s office and accused of serious crime run over, driving without a license and using a false plate.

According to Sheriff’s agents, Orlando de Leon was driving a Toyota Echo on April 21 when he allegedly caused an accident of several cars that resulted in the death of Tamer Brown, who was in the vehicle with his daughters of his feet, who suffered injuries.

“When I got there, she was already dead, and her daughter was lying there, but she lived,” said Brown’s friend Tracey Wiley, WSB-TV 2 Atlanta. Wiley described Brown as a “good person, always laughing, speaking, always having fun.”

After his trial, Orlando de Leon allegedly admitted to the sheriff agents that they changed the registration in his vehicle to avoid being arrested by the accident of outrage.

It remains in the custody of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s office. The application of immigration and customs (ICE) has placed a detention in Orlando de León, looking for its custody.
