A Mexican politician who was recently deported after spending time in a federal prison in the United States is now behind bars in Mexico. The former governor of Tamaulipas faces new positions linked to his support for drug cartels. The Mexican government spent years protecting the politician.
A judge in Mexico ruled in favor of the accusations made by prosecutors with the office of the country’s attorney general (FGR) this week, noting that you take Yarrington Ruvalcaba had been an ally or associate of the Gulf poster and Los Zetas. The judge ordered Yarrington to remain under the position of crimes against health in the modality of enabling said crimes. Health crimes is the term commonly used in Mexico to refer to drug trafficking. The case is expected to be appealed while Yarrington waits the trial after bars in Mexico.
As Breitbart Texas reported last week, the United States government deported Yarrington after he fulfilled his sentence in the United States of 108 months for money laundering charges.
