The United States Supreme Court Court temporarily arrested the planned deportations of the Trump Administration of Venezuelan migrants who are sustained from being the members of Aragua gangs (ADD), under the law of Alien enemies of 1798.

“The Government is ordered not to eliminate any member of the alleged class of detainees from the United States up to more order of this court,” said the order of the Supreme Court.

According to NBC News, while the “Court did not grant or denied a request filed by lawyers” for illegal detented Venezuelan migrants, “it was an effective pause in the case.”

The Court did not grant or denied a request filed by lawyers for detainees, but the effective coup stops in the case, which affects people currently maintained within the jurisdiction of the northern district of Texas.

The judges of the Supreme Court Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito “Disseminated of the Order of the Court”.

The lawyers of the Union of Civil Liberties of America (ACLU) for Venezuelan migrants who are accused of being members of the TDA gang wrote in a “presentation of the Supreme Court” that the plaintiffs were asking “only that this Court preserves the status quo so that the proposed class members do not send to a noticeable prison in El Salvador before the American judicial system that can pay the status of the process. According to the outlet, according to the outlet.

As Breitbart News previously reported, ACLU lawyers for Venezuelan migrants asked the United States district judge, James Boasberg, to “issue a temporary rest training order” Wat required that their clients receive the notice of the days.

By ABC News, it was reported that Venezuelan migrants were arrested in a detention center in Texas, and in a judicial presentation, their lawyers claimed that their clients received a notice accusing them of being “a train member of El Aragua.”

In a judicial presentation on Friday, the lawyers presented a document that they say is the notice that their clients received on Friday from immigration officials.

The document, entitled “Notice and order of apprehension and elimination under the Law of Alien Enemies,” he says, “he has decided to be … a member of the Aragua train.”

“You have a determined leg to be an enemy of others subject to the apprehension, reverse and elimination of the United States,” says the warning. “This is not an elimination under the immigration and nationality law.”

“Two people with knowledge of the situation,” he said to the New York Times That “more than 50 Venezuelans”, which were arrested in a detention center in Anson, Texas, “were scheduled to be flown outside the country.”

Because the “situation in Anson” is urgent, ACLU lawyers “increased challenges in three different courts within five hours on Friday,” according to the media.

ACLU lawyers requested that Judge James Wesley Hendrix “issue an immediate order that protects all migrants in the northern district of Texas that could deportation under the law of alien enemies”, and when Hendrix gave the eagle of A, “request for subsidy”, or appeal for the fifth circuit in New Orleans, “Chrisin to the outlet.

In March, President Donald Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Law to allow the accelerated elimination of illegal Venezuelan migrants who are accused of being members of TDA gangs.

The Supreme Court previously issued a 5-4 decision, raising a block of Boasberg that prevented the Trump administration from deporting members of illegal alien gangs under the Alien enemies law.
